Well hello there everybody -

This is another image of good old Sessa in art nuevou style. Mucha all the way! Wewt!! I have always loved this style of art so I wanted to try my hand at it, the culture of her people lends rather well to the organic nature of the frames. I didn't go too fancy with the decorations, however, as I have been told that sometimes I add too much detail. Of course, detail has its place but too much of it and the focus of your drawing gets lost. Or something like that. XD Anyway, I just wanted something elegant. 

The large water jug (not sure what to call it) represents the expectations the colonies for their women. Before she was carried away by a human caravan during a transfer escort gone awry, she was an artisan and worked with her mother to help care for the clusters of children born to her sisters. Eventually she was expected to nest herself, and raise her own children. And coming from a family with a history of bearing many girls, she was more than expected to do so. Long story short, she returned home with knowledge that sent all the colonies into civil war. 

Ah, my lack of elegant speech. That's the gist of it anyway.
