Astrid - Spell Sword

Hello all,

Here is a quick sketch I colored for the badass mascot contest. [Contest info and rules here: fav.me/d5rmssi]. I dunno if she'll win, but even if she doesn't I'm officially adopting her into my OC lineup. I really like her design and I think I could come up with an appropriate backstory...eventually. XD The magic didn't turn out quite the way I wanted it to but it was a new technique so I'll chalk it up to that. Perhaps I'll draw her again and take another crack at it. Ha ha.

Also, Astrid is not set in stone. It seemed to fit her design but if anyone has any other suggestions for a name I'm all ears.
